TRACY FAULMANN

I began my tourism career in reservations at an excursion company, where I gained valuable experience coordinating bookings and designing itineraries. Over the past seven years, the industry has proven both rewarding and inspiring.

Through my work, I’ve had the opportunity to travel across South Africa and Eswatini, deepening my appreciation for the region’s diversity and natural beauty. What I value most about tourism is the people — the chance to connect with travellers and colleagues, build meaningful relationships, and continually discover new destinations and experiences. I particularly enjoy designing itineraries and seeing those plans come to life for travellers.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, spending time with my family, and travelling whenever the opportunity arises. I look forward to continuing my journey in tourism and seeing where it leads in the years ahead.
