What first attracted me to pursuing a career in tourism was the opportunity to explore different parts of South Africa and experience its diverse cultures. My travels have taken me both locally and internationally. I’ve visited Zanzibar, Zimbabwe, and Zambia, and explored destinations across South Africa, including the Garden Route, Sun City, Pilanesberg, Limpopo, and the Kruger National Park. I’ve always enjoyed connecting with people from all walks of life, which is a big part of what makes this industry so rewarding. I also enjoy building detailed itineraries from scratch and turning ideas into unforgettable travel experiences.
Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience across multiple sectors of tourism. I spent 15 years in outbound tour operations, followed by 2 years in inbound tourism. I also had the privilege of working at a leading private game reserve. I’m now back in inbound tourism, which I truly enjoy.
In my current role at Springbok Atlas Tours & Safaris, I see great opportunities for growth and development, and I’m excited to continue building my skills within the company. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors and making memories with my family. Looking ahead, I hope to keep growing within the industry, expanding my knowledge, and taking on new challenges as I continue to develop my career.
