Five years ago, I stepped into the world of tourism, joining the accounting division after a background in retail. What began as a career move quickly became something far more meaningful — an unfolding journey into an industry filled with people, stories, and discovery. Different languages, cultures, and experiences soon became part of my everyday rhythm, each interaction offering a glimpse into a new journey.

While my travels have mostly been local, I’ve come to appreciate the beauty of discovering what’s close to home — from tranquil coastal escapes to the untamed energy of game reserves, where each day brings something new. What I value most about the travel industry is its ability to connect people to meaningful experiences that stay with them long after the journey ends.

In my current role, I have the unique privilege of experiencing these journeys through others — engaging with consultants and hearing firsthand accounts from guides travelling across Southern Africa. Through their stories, I explore countless destinations and moments, all from behind the scenes
