Traditional Swazi food is served at Matsamo Cultural Village, along with age-old folk melodies, and rhythmic dance performances, including the well-known Rain Dance. Another option for visitors is to take a tour of the village, which has a variety of huts and areas. While there, they can engage with the locals as they go about their daily lives, producing their crops, cooking traditional meals, and creating beautiful crafts. 

Seasons and geography play a big part in determining Swaziland’s cuisine. Sorghum and maize are staple meals in Swaziland and are frequently eaten with goat meat, a prized livestock in the Swazi region. Matsamo provides standard meals that are available everywhere. They include various meats and grains (chicken, beef, mutton, etc.).
