Transfer from hotel (unescorted, driver only) to the Mpumalanga region. After freshening up at your lodge, enter the world-famous Kruger National Park and enjoy an afternoon open vehicle game drive. This superb sanctuary is a wildlife oasis, and home to the Big 5 (lion, leopard, rhino, buffalo and elephant) as well as cheetah, wild dog and some 200 other animal species indigenous to the area. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
The day begins with early morning coffee or tea, followed by a thrilling open vehicle safari (English-speaking game ranger) through the Kruger National Park. Your guide will endeavour to spoil you with sightings of the Big 5, general game and prolific birdlife. Stop at one of the rest camps for lunch (for own account). Spend the remainder of the afternoon game viewing. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Enjoy breakfast before starting the return journey to Johannesburg. Arrive in Johannesburg in the early evening at approximately 18h30 (unescorted) where the tour ends on arrival.
