I was practically born a traveller, embarking on my first long-distance journey at just 10 months old when my family relocated from Italy to South Africa. Growing up in Johannesburg, I felt a deep connection to this region, which was solidified after moving to beautiful Cape Town.

My extensive travels have taken me across Europe, Australia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, and the UK. My passion for exploring Southern Africa has only grown stronger over my life. A desire to share my love for Southern Africa led me to become a qualified tourist guide, showcasing its stunning landscapes and vibrant cultures.

Upon becoming a mother, I transitioned into conference and event planning for various United Nations projects, always staying within my roots in the travel industry. Working with the Namibia Tourism Board enriched my understanding of government involvement in tourism. It broadened my perspective beyond corporate and business angles.

Now, at Springbok Atlas, I’m thrilled to use my Italian language skills to introduce more people to the wonders of Southern Africa. It is truly an enchanting place that forever holds a special place in my heart.
