Graskop Gorge Lift is a new tourist attraction along Mpumalanga’s famed Panorama Route in South Africa.
This specially designed lift has a drop equivalent to approximately 16 storeys. The attraction includes the viewing elevator, a network of elevated walkways and suspension bridges along the foot of the cliff as well as a restaurant, bar and shops on the plateau.
The main walkway is situated at the bottom of the gorge and includes 2 suspension bridge crossings. This walkway allows visitors to explore the unique forest environment and includes a number of interpretive displays that inform visitors about this beautiful ecosystem.
