Day One - Harare Airport

Transfer to your lodge, located on the outskirts of Harare’s dynamic city centre.

Day One

Remainder of the day is at leisure to relax or explore the “Sunshine City’s” multi ethnic character.

Day Two & Three

Travel to the Eastern Highlands, a region of rugged mountains and scenic beauty. Experience the Bvumba Mountains, offering spectacular views over the highlands and tropical lowlands of Mozambique. Overnight in the Mutare region. [B]

Day Four

Journey back to Harare, with the remainder of the day at leisure to explore the open flea market. Here you could feast your eyes on a colourful array of baskets, food, clothing and other items. [B]

Day Five & Six

Travel to Mana Pools National Park. Pristine and undeveloped, this area gives you a pure, unspoilt, African safari experience. Besides open vehicle game drives (one on day 5, two game activities on day 6), bird watching and walking excursions, an hour’s drive brings you to the Zambezi flood plains in Mana Pools, one of Africa’s most untamed parks. Enjoy thrilling safari experiences and amazing night time encounters. Overnight in the region of the Mana Pools National Park. [BD – Day 5 / BLD – Day 6]

Day Seven

Continue with a scenic drive through Hurungwe to cross into Zambia at Chirundu. Perched on the tip of the Siansowa peninsula, our lodge overlooks the beautiful lake, surrounding islands, and majestic Gwembe Valley. Various species of wildlife inhabit the vegetation; zebra, impala, bushbuck, monkeys, warthog and ostrich

Day Eight

Depart Zambia and travel to the spectacular Victoria Falls, hailed as one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. Sundowner cruise along the Zambezi River, in search of hippo, crocodile and elephant. [B]

Day Nine

Tour of the Victoria Falls. Marvel at the thunderous noise of the millions of gallons of water swirling around the islets and tumbling over Main Falls, Horseshoe Falls and Rainbow Falls. The remainder of the day is at leisure. [B]

Day Ten

Transfer to Victoria Falls airport for your onward flight. [B]

Guests also have the option of booking canoeing and fishing excursions to the Zambezi floodplains in Mana Pools.

Kariba Bush Club is an idyllic oasis along the shores of the famous Lake Kariba. The tranquil Lake View Chalets are perched on a ridge overlooking the lake and offer guests the perfect balance between comfort and privacy.  Each unique, en-suite canvas-and-thatch chalet has its own private deck and offers spectacular views of the lake.
